Vineyards location: Montù Beccaria (eastern Oltrepò Pavese)

Soil type: mixed type (calcareous clay soil)


Tasting notes:
garnet red colour. Notes of quinine, aromatic herbs and orange emerge from the winey, intense and complex nose.

Suggested pairings:
perfect as a pre-meal or as an end of meal drink, it pairs well with blue cheese or dark chocolate.
It’s also great as an ingredient for cocktails.
